"In the event of insolvency of any party involved in the project or works for which the Goods are required, the Supplier shall only be paid any monies otherwise due after 14 days if receipt by Purchaser of monies identified as relating to the Supplier in the proportion received by the Purchaser. If the Purchaser does not receive monies in a way that clearly identifies it as relating to the Supplier, the Supplier shall receive after 14 days of receipt by the Purchaser of the monies which includes a sum albeit unidentified for the Supplier, a percentage of the amount received which reflects the proportion that the amout due to the Supplier under the Purchase Order bears to the amount sought by the Purchaser on the insolvency."
